Jira Software GLPI Integration

The company used the Jira Software-based user management system and the GLPI system to record the company’s IT assets.

Project result
Within the framework of the project, the integration of two systems (Jira Software and GLPI) in terms of managing requests was implemented, data was synchronized on requests and reference lists, which are used to fill in the request data.

As a result of the project execution, the process looks like this:

End users register a ticket with Jira Software by completing the basic ticket information.
The ticket is automatically generated in GLPI and a link to the ticket is added to Jira.
